Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
Website analytics
We keep privacy-conscious, first-party statistics about how this website is used. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not use browser fingerprinting.
- Visitor and visit identifiers: a random identifier stored by your browser so repeat pages in the same visit are not counted as separate visitors. It contains no personal details.
- Device information: device type, browser and operating system, as reported by your browser.
- Location: the country and, where available, the region indicated by your network connection. We do not collect GPS or precise location.
- IP address: recorded on our server for analytics and security purposes. It is shown masked (for example 102.67.45.xxx) and is never published or shared. Only authorised MPERRY administrators can access it.
- Traffic source: the referring website or campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in the link you followed.
- Pages viewed: the pages you open on this website and when.
Purpose: understanding how the website is used, improving it, and protecting it from abuse. This information is accessible only to authenticated MPERRY administrators, is never sold or shared, and is deleted automatically after 90 days. We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords or payment details for analytics.

This website uses hosting and email delivery services to operate the site and send enquiry notifications. These providers process information on our behalf.
